WHITTLEBURY PARK WEDDING VIDEO

PLANNING A DAY THAT FELT LIKE “US”

Rebekah and Thomas’s wedding was the perfect blend of personality, passion and playful elegance – a day that felt unmistakably them. “The thing that was most important to us was that our special day was reflective of our personalities. We started by focussing on finding a venue that we both loved (by having a lovely spa day at each of our top choices) and then the rest fell into place. We were so happy to be able to add important passions of ours into the day, such as tennis and sport and family (including the dog!). We really wanted it to be a fun day so that everyone could look back on it with enjoyable memories with both familiar and new faces”, shared Rebekah and Thomas.

As their wedding videographer, it was a joy to capture a celebration so full of heart, colour, and meaning, all set within the stunning grounds of their chosen wedding venue, Whittlebury Park in Northampton. “Our theme was pastel purple and green, inspired by Wimbledon with that little extra touch of our own making it pastel. We wanted the wedding to feel modern and summery, and sport and fun was definitely an important part at the heart of our day”, said the Bride. “Early inspiration came from conversation with each other based on our interests and desires for the day and looking on Pinterest. We were largely inspired by our love of tennis and how this brought us together as a couple. Something else that really helped was going to the wedding showcase at Whittlebury to meet some of the vendors that we introduced into the day”, added Rebekah.

WHITTLEBURY PARK WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

Being a wedding videographer at Whittlebury Park is always a pleasure, but Rebekah and Thomas’s celebration made it especially memorable. The venue offers everything a filmmaker dreams of: beautifully manicured green spaces, soft natural light, and the stunning Orangery with its bright, airy architecture. “Whittlebury Park has a modern Hotel and Spa with an Orangery. We loved how beautiful the Orangery was, and that this was a private and separate space away from the hotel, which allowed our day to feel more intimate, but still relaxing and open with all of the beautiful green space. The venue is located in Northampton, near where Rebekah’s family live and where she grew up”, said Rebekah and Thomas.

Among many beautiful memories, one moment stands above the rest for the couple: “A favourite moment for us both was walking out of the venue following from the ceremony, surrounded by all the support of our family and the beautiful flower petal confetti. Some other moments that were close to our hears were cutting the cake together, having our first dance, listening to the speeches, and joining in with the tennis games during the reception”, shared the Bride and the Groom.

REASON TO HIRE A WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER

There are many reasons to hire a wedding videographer to film your Big Day. Why did Rebekah and Thomas decide to have their wedding documented? “We wanted to capture the day in the best way possible, so that we can look back on the meaningful moments and words that were shared throughout the day, and one day hopefully look back on these precious memories and share this special day with our family too”.
