This spring we had the pleasure of documenting Victoria and Jack’s charming rustic wedding at the beautiful Surrey wedding venue the Millbridge Court. “For us, it was important we planned the wedding together. We made sure that we both had our input when making all of the decisions from the big suppliers, down to the small details (except for the dress of course!)”, said Victoria. “Hitched, Instagram, Pinterest and Etsy were very helpful for finding ideas and inspiration”, added Bride and Groom.

As a Surrey wedding videographer I absolutely loved filming Victoria and Jack’s personal, rustic wedding. It was such a beautiful and emotional day full of fun and laughter. “One of our favorite moments of the day was definitely having all our family and friends around us and the atmosphere once the band started and everyone got their dancing shoes on”, shared the Bride and Groom.

This charming Surrey wedding venue surrounded by lush green fields provided a picturesque background to Victoria and Jack’s Surrey wedding video. “Picking the venue was quite a challenge for us because we didn’t know what we wanted when we first started looking. We saw lots of beautiful venues but they just didn’t tick all of the boxes. As soon as we walked into Millbridge Court we knew straight away that it was for us. Not only did it have everything we were looking for but you just get the feeling. It was light and modern but still had character”, shared Victoria.

One thing that really helped us was a list of things that we didn’t want to compromise because they were important for us and the other list of things that, if it came down to it, we would be happy to find alternatives. For us the venue, food, having a band and a videographer were things we knew from the start that we had to have and didn’t mind going over budget for. Items like cake, flowers and a photobooth we didn’t mind finding a cheaper alternative if it came to it. It’s all about balance”, explained Victoria.
