Recently we had the pleasure to document Alice and Luis’ intimate wedding at the beautiful Hertfordshire wedding venue Hunton Park. “It’s taken the best part of a year to plan the wedding. The first thing we did was choose the venue and all the other things followed in due course. We wanted a venue that was accessible for people, with a lovely place for the ceremony,marquee,garden area and accommodation for guests.”, said Alice.

As a Hunton Park wedding videographer I absolutely loved filming Alice and Luis’ beautiful wedding. It was such an amazing and emotional day full of joy and . “One of our favorite moments of the day was walking through the confetti”, shared the Bride and Groom.

The bright and airy orangery for the ceremony. Attractive looking marquee for the meal with views over the garden. Plus the staff were well organised and used to putting on weddings”, shared Alice.

BRIDE’S TIP FOR PLANNING AN INTIMATE WEDDING

If you are planning an intimate Hertfordshire wedding and do not know where to start, check out Bride’s tips for planning an intimate wedding. “Allow plenty of time for planning and organising. Suppliers get booked up early and you can never think too far ahead. Also be prepared for last minute changes!”, explained Alice. “I took my inspiration for the decorations from the flowers that I thought I would use in the bouquets. I incorporated flowers that were important to my family. Daisies because my mother had daisies in her wedding bouquet. Clematis because they are my dad’s favourite flower. Forget me notes as they represent true love. I made a lot of the decorations myself -invitations, embroideries, welcome signs, table plan, name settings, table numbers favour tags, pom-poms and buntings. The pastel flower theme was running through most of the decorations at the wedding. We had a Polaroid guest book for people to take their own photos and stick into the book – which created a lovely memory from the day”, added the Bride.
